Benefit CD Fundraiser (NOW AVAILABLE) Because Batten Disease is so rare, we must rely heavily on independent and academic research rather than large pharmaceutical sponsored research. Without the much needed funds to support these ongoing research initiatives, inflicted children will never see a single treatment, let alone see a cure of this horrible disease. Our fundraising efforts help fund the ongoing research initiatives and help assist families with clinical trial treatment costs which may include, physician and medical personnel expenses, research supplies, lab supplies, operating room costs, hospital stays, which may be prolonged, and many other hidden costs. A fundraising music CD, composed and performed by Chad's Father, Ian Forsyth, along with friends and family of Chad is now available. It is hoped that the CD will aid in raising of much needed funds which will go towards finding the cure. This CD can be yours for a donation of $15 per CD.
